Wallawallet charges a fee for configuring your Hedera account for staking. In this case, the fee does not come out of your designated payment account in settings, but from the same account that you are updating for staking configuration. The Wallawallet fee will be charged in a second transaction immediately following the first account update transaction, but only if the account update transaction succeeds. Hedera network fees will be incurred in both of these transactions.
